The Chapadão dos Sonhos (which means Plateau of Dreams) is an agricultural farm located at Campos de Júlio/MT and a patrimony of Domingos Passinato and his wife Eloni T. Passinato, gaúchos from Selbach and Colorado cities of Rio Grande do Sul state. After leaving their homeland in 1981 searching for new achievements the destination was Mineiros city at Goiás state, where they had bought a piece of land a year earlier. There they still live today and had their three children, one boy and two girls.
The endeavor worked and ten years later has raised a new occasion: to invest in an expansion opportunity in an agricultural frontier. That was how the Passinato family arrived in the Campos de Júlio region, through the acquisition of Farm Juína by the brothers Domingos and Vital.
Many challenges have arisen which demanded a high effort and a lot of work in partnership with Osmar, another family brother. Time passed and with it came the proof that all the efforts were worthy. Savings of a decade afforded the chance to purchase the neighboring farm, Chapadão dos Sonhos. Currently each brother has yours own property in the city and the Chapadão dos Sonhos farm is managed by the first-born Stéfano, on a agricultural partnership.
